Having the chia visible will help you remember to add those powerful little seeds.
You can put chia seeds into oatmeal, cereal, sauces, smoothies, drinks, eggs, salads, pudding, baked goods, and basically anything else you can eat.
You want to add Chia to your food because it packs a mighty punch of vitamins, protein, fiber, and good fats.
When your jar starts getting low you can use the remaining chia seeds to make pudding, overnight oats, or jam.
